Holiday Treasures Gift Shop will:
  1. Provide merchandise on consignment, packed in family order, with quantity based on sales or enrollment data.
  2. Arrange delivery and pick-up of your gift merchandise at no cost.
  3. Provide FREE gift bags, shopping bags, money envelopes, parent flyers, posters, and table covers.
  4. Provide price labels for gift display at your selected profit margin (0%, 5%, 10%, or 20%).
  5. Provide your school with our proprietary Ez scanner checkout system.
  6. Supply reordered items as long as such items are in stock, and guarantee free reorder service next day for items requested by 4 p.m.
  7. Verify unsold merchandise returned at close of sale and notify customer of any material discrepancies with reported sales which could affect payment due.
  8. Reserve the right to refuse service to any organization outside of preferred service area.

Your organization will:
  1. Return all unsold merchandise, including samples, in original boxes. Any broken items should be packed separately and identified as such.
  2. Not mark prices or put stickers on individual items, boxes, or bags and acknowledges that such items cannot be returned to Holiday Treasures.
  3. Not use competitive commercial merchandise in gift shop.
  4. Promote the Holiday Shop using free promotional materials from Fun Events, manage the set-up, operation and staffing of the shop.
  5. Complete the End of Sale Invoice with check payment to Fun Events at pick-up. Payment is due at pickup or within 5 days, unless discussed with Fun Events in advance.
  6. Return all unused promotion items. Return all checkout equipment provided in the condition in which it was received and in the original packing boxes.
  7. Provide a Certificate of Exemption or state tax exempt # if this event is tax exempt.
  8. Agree to a $150 cancellation fee if shop is cancelled after Oct. 1st of this year, and loss of any early signing bonus.
